Hello -

So, a quick review on the spoon theory =

Everyone has a certain amount of spoons (energy) per day and once you've used them all up, that's it . . . you're out & done . . . unless you start borrowing spoons from the next day.

This makes for such an easy and comprehensible way to help our clients understand their energy levels, boundary needs, and self-care awareness.

You & I both know it starts with us.

We have to constantly strive for self-awareness, looking out for & taking care of ourselves first, SO that we can fully be present and there for our clients!

And utilizing the spoon theory for ourselves AND with others is a super great way to keep us in check;)

Like she mentions, you can really use ANY kind of spoons (or even pencils / sticks / miniatures, etc.)!

But it's always fun to use cute + colorful props, so here's some adorable spoon sets (PLASTIC/TASTING/FLOWER) you can check out for fun!
