Self Healing & Reflection in the Sandtray: Definitions, Handouts, & YouTube Links

 Emily A. Siler, LPCC, ICST, of Somerset Pediatrics and Primary Care in Kentucky works as a full-time in-school counselor. Her training on self healing & reflection in the sandtray helps us consider our implicit biases- those subconcious, instilled from religious, cultural, or parental backgrounds beliefs that motivate our actions and reactions. She also talks imposter syndrome (or, fraudulent thinking) that we all face at one time or another. 

This week, Emily shares handouts and YouTube videos to help us with defining terms, allowing us insight and greater understanding as we work through our own self healing and reflection, to facilitate helping our clients as well.
